ColdChain — Investment in Logistics Infrastructure

ColdChain Logistics is a regional logistics hub project focused on refrigerated storage and rapid delivery of perishable goods. Its main goal is to provide farmers, e-commerce platforms, and pharmaceutical companies with a reliable temperature-controlled transport and storage system.

The hub will be located 30 km outside Bishkek, near major transport junctions and customs terminals. The infrastructure includes:

  • 3 refrigerated warehouses (+2°C, -5°C, -18°C zones)

  • deep-freeze storage units

  • automated sorting and packing lines

  • cross-docking area for export and retail flows

The project site is already secured, technical studies have been completed, and construction permits obtained. Anchor tenant negotiations (agriculture producers, pharma suppliers, retail chains) are in final stages. Investors receive equity and earn fixed dividends from rental income and logistics operations.

Expected return14–16% annually in Kyrgyz soms.
Payouts: quarterly.
